Criterica Commercial Schedule
Effective date: October 2026 · Splitifi, LLC · Criterica Group is a Splitifi company · Version 2026-10-16
This schedule forms part of the Criterica Terms of Service. It sets out how purchases, subscriptions, seats, credits, cancellations and refunds work. No prices appear here. Prices are shown at checkout or in the order, quote or order form.
1. How you buy
Reports and assessments (for example Portfolio QuickLook and Reviewed Matter Assessment) are one-time purchases, paid at checkout before work begins.
Subscriptions (for example Atlas Pro) are billed in advance for each service period and renew automatically until cancelled.
Credit packs are prepaid balances you can apply to eligible Services.
Quoted Services are priced in a written quote or order form and are payable on its terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Applicable taxes are added where required.
2. Plans and seats
Free workspace. An organization may use a Free workspace with a limited number of seats.
Atlas Pro. Pro includes a set number of seats.
Additional seats. Additional seats cannot be bought yet. In Atlas you can ask about their availability and future pricing; that request is not an offer or a quote. When they can be bought, they work as follows:
Adding a seat: it is charged right away for the rest of the current period, at the prorated amount. If the payment fails, no seat is added.
Removing a seat: it stays available until the end of the period already paid for. The next renewal bills the lower number, with no refund or credit for the rest of the period.
3. Delivery of reports
When work starts. Work on a report starts after payment and after you provide the required inputs, for example a portfolio file in the stated format and within the stated size.
Staff review. Reports may be reviewed and released by a named member of our staff before delivery. Stated delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
How you receive it. A delivered report is made available in your workspace under Orders, and we email you when it is ready. The email carries no report content.
When a request is out of scope. A request outside a product's stated scope, for example a portfolio larger than the product allows, is declined before payment, and we offer a quote instead.
4. The three kinds of credit
Atlas keeps three kinds of credit apart, and they follow different rules.
| Kind | What it is | Use window | Cash value |
|---|---|---|---|
| QuickLook upgrade credit | When a Portfolio QuickLook is delivered, its price is issued as a credit toward an eligible upgrade on the same portfolio, for example Portfolio X-Ray. You paid for the QuickLook, which was delivered. The credit is a discount on a further purchase, not prepaid money. | 30 days from delivery | None. It is a discount, and it lapses unused. |
| Purchased credits | Credits bought in a credit pack. They are prepaid money held for you. | 12 months from purchase, to apply to Services | Kept. See section 6. |
| Promotional credits | Bonus credits included with a pack, or granted as a concession. They are not paid for. | 12 months, or as stated when granted | None. They lapse unused. |
5. Using credits
Applying credits. Credits are applied to eligible Services at the rates shown in Atlas. Promotional credits are used before purchased credits.
Restoring credits. Credits applied to an order that is cancelled before delivery are restored, or refunded under section 7.
6. Unused purchased credits keep their value
When the use window ends. After 12 months, purchased credits can no longer be applied to Services. Their unused paid value is not forfeited. On request, we refund it at the proportionate purchase price, under section 7.
Accounting. We do not treat unused purchased value as earned. It stays a balance we owe you.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Who handles refunds. Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Our staff review and approve every refund, except the automatic full refund when we cannot complete an order (below). Requests go to hello@criterica.com.
Subscriptions.
Cancelling. You may cancel in Atlas's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Service continues until then, and no refund is due for that period.
Ending early by agreement. If we agree to end a subscription before the period ends, service ends on the date we agree. Any refund covers only the unused part of the period after that date. For example: a 30-day period for $100, ended by agreement on day 15, gives a $50 refund. Ending early is at our discretion.
Reports and assessments.
Before work begins. You may ask us to cancel a paid order before work starts, for a full refund. An order paid with credits can be cancelled in Atlas while it is queued, and the credits are restored.
If we cannot deliver. If we cannot deliver a report you have paid for, we refund it in full.
After work begins. A refund is at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Defective reports. A report is defective if it does not follow its stated scope, or contains a material error in processing the inputs you provided. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will correct or re-perform it first. If we cannot remedy the defect, we give an appropriate refund, up to the full price.
Credit packs.
We refund only the paid value of unused credits.
Credits already used for completed Services stay applied to those Services.
A discounted pack is refunded at its proportionate purchase price, not at the face value of the credits.
What the billing portal does. The billing portal handles cancellation and payment-method updates. It does not issue refunds.
Concessions. Courtesy refunds, service credits and price concessions are granted at our discretion. They are recorded separately and do not change these rules for anyone else.
8. Products not yet available
Some Services are shown in Atlas but cannot be bought yet, for example Portfolio Watch subscriptions and credit packs. You can ask about their availability and future pricing. That request is not an offer or a quote, and we do not take payment for these Services until they can be bought.
When such a Service becomes available, it carries any terms specific to it.
9. Non-payment
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. We may then suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
10. Price changes
New prices apply to new purchases.
We change the price of an existing subscription only from a renewal date, after at least 30 days' notice.
A price change never affects an order or quote you have already paid for or accepted.
