Is pre-settlement funding a loan?
No. It is non-recourse and repaid only from the recovery. If the case does not produce a recovery, nothing is owed.
What does it cost?
Pricing is published: 2.0 to 3.5 percent per month, simple, which is 24 to 42 percent annualized. The rate is set from the case record and written in the agreement before signing.
How fast is a decision?
Decisions come within 24 to 48 hours of the attorney's case information.
Do I need an attorney?
Yes. Funding is available to plaintiffs who have retained an attorney, and we work through your attorney.
